Delta Gamma — Delta Lambda Chapter, Mississippi State University
Rooted in sisterhood, built to do good.
Delta Gamma is a community of women at Mississippi State pursuing scholarship, service, and lifelong friendship — carrying forward a chapter built on one simple charge: leave every room, every campus, and every life you touch a little better.
Welcome
Welcome to the Do Good Sisterhood.
We encourage you to learn a little more about our chapter and its values through this website.
Welcome to Delta Lambda! Before arriving at Mississippi State University, I knew that I wanted to surround myself with
and
young women. I was lucky enough to find those people in Delta Gamma, and I cannot imagine my college experience any other way. Delta Gamma has given me the opportunity to be a part of something so much greater than myself, and I am honored to be a part of such a unique group of women.
Thank you for visiting our website, and taking the time to learn a little bit more about us!
What we stand for
Four commitments, one chapter.
Everything Delta Gamma does traces back to the same four pillars our founders wrote into being at the Lewis School in 1873 — still the measure we hold ourselves to today.
Sisterhood
A standing community of women who show up for each other in the small weeks and the hard ones — built on trust that outlasts a semester.
Scholarship
Study halls, peer tutoring, and academic recognition keep the classroom as much a part of chapter life as anything on the calendar.
Service
Two chapter-wide philanthropy events a year, plus ongoing volunteer hours in support of Service for Sight, our national philanthropy.
Leadership
Chapter officer roles, campus panhellenic seats, and executive-board experience that carries well past graduation.
